Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Pista Clara for using the Pista Clara app and its
website. By signing in to the app you accept them. How we handle personal data is explained
separately in the privacy policy.
- You must be 16 or older to have an account.
- A match video shows other people. Tell them you are recording, and do not publish or pass on the video without their consent.
- When someone shows you a match in the app, it is for watching in the app only: no screen recording, no copies.
- Your videos stay yours. We use them only to run Pista Clara for you.
- Subscriptions are bought and managed through Apple.

Pista Clara is provided by the person identified in the legal notice,
a self-employed developer in Spain (“we”). Contact:

Your account
- You sign in with Apple or Google. An account is for one person; do not share it.
- You must be at least 16. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.
- You are responsible for what is done from your account.
What Pista Clara does
Pista Clara records a padel match on your iPhone, analyses it and shows statistics, heat maps and
a highlight reel to the players of the match. The analysis is automatic: rallies, zones and times
are estimates and can be wrong. Treat them as a training aid, not as an official record. We keep
improving the app, so features may change, and we cannot promise it will always be available.
Recording other people
- The video records everyone on the court and sometimes people nearby. Before you record, tell the other players. Do not record anyone who has asked you not to.
- Follow your club’s rules about filming.
- Players who join the match in the app see a notice about the recording and about sharing.
Match videos and sharing
- A match video and its highlights show other people. Do not publish them or pass them on — on social media, in chats or any other way — without the consent of the people who appear in them. This applies to videos you download from the app too.
- You can show a match to other Pista Clara users with a link. When you do, you confirm that the other players do not object. Other players’ names and photos are hidden from the people you show it to, and anyone can hide themselves in Profile → Privacy.
- If someone shows you a match, it is for you to watch in the app. Do not record the screen, copy, download or publish it.
- You are responsible for what you publish. If someone asks us to remove a video of them, write to [email protected].
What you must not do
- Use Pista Clara against the law or against other people’s rights, including their right to their own image.
- Record people in private places or without their knowledge.
- Try to get at matches, links or data that are not yours, copy the app, or interfere with how it works.
If you break these terms, we may hide content, stop links or close the account.
Your content
Videos and data from your matches remain yours. You allow us to store, analyse and show them to
the players of the match and to the people you choose to show them to, only as far as needed to
provide Pista Clara, until they are deleted. What we keep after deletion is described in the
privacy policy. The app, its design and its analysis are ours.
Subscription
- Some features need a subscription. It is bought through Apple’s App Store, charged to your Apple ID, and renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms.
- Matches you recorded stay available to you after a subscription ends.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). We may end
the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop providing Pista Clara;
in that case we will tell you in advance where possible.
Liability
We provide Pista Clara with reasonable care. We are not responsible for what users do with videos
or links, or for losses caused by events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your
rights as a consumer or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, in particular
for intent or gross negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when the app or the law changes. The version is shown at the top. For
important changes we tell you in the app before they apply and ask you to accept them; if you do
not agree, you can delete your account.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the
law of the country where you live and may go to the courts there. Please write to us first: most
problems can be solved by email.
These terms are available in English, Spanish and Russian. If they differ, the Spanish version prevails.

Что делает Pista Clara
Pista Clara записывает матч по паделу на ваш iPhone, анализирует его и показывает игрокам матча
статистику, тепловые карты и ролик хайлайтов. Анализ автоматический: розыгрыши, зоны и время — оценки
и могут ошибаться. Это помощь в тренировках, а не официальный протокол. Мы продолжаем улучшать
приложение, поэтому функции могут меняться, и мы не обещаем, что оно будет доступно всегда.
Запись других людей
- Видео записывает всех на корте, а иногда и людей рядом. Перед записью предупредите других игроков. Не записывайте того, кто попросил его не снимать.
- Соблюдайте правила клуба о съёмке.
- Игроки, присоединившиеся к матчу в приложении, видят уведомление о записи и о показе другим.
Видео матчей и показ другим
- На видео матча и в хайлайтах есть другие люди. Не публикуйте и не передавайте их — в соцсетях, чатах или иначе — без согласия тех, кто на них есть. Это относится и к видео, скачанным из приложения.
- Вы можете показать матч другим пользователям Pista Clara по ссылке. Делая это, вы подтверждаете, что другие игроки не против. Имена и фото других игроков от тех, кому вы показываете, скрыты, а любой может скрыть себя в Профиль → Конфиденциальность.
- Если матч показали вам, он для просмотра в приложении. Не записывайте экран, не копируйте, не скачивайте и не публикуйте его.
- За то, что вы публикуете, отвечаете вы. Если человек хочет, чтобы мы убрали видео с ним, — пишите на [email protected].
Чего делать нельзя
- Использовать Pista Clara против закона или прав других людей, в том числе их права на собственное изображение.
- Записывать людей в частных местах или без их ведома.
- Пытаться получить доступ к чужим матчам, ссылкам или данным, копировать приложение или мешать его работе.
Если вы нарушаете эти условия, мы можем скрыть контент, отключить ссылки или закрыть аккаунт.
Ваш контент
Видео и данные ваших матчей остаются вашими. Вы разрешаете нам хранить и анализировать их и показывать
игрокам матча и тем, кому вы решите их показать, — только в той мере, в какой это нужно для работы
Pista Clara, и до их удаления. Что остаётся после удаления, описано в
политике конфиденциальности. Приложение, его дизайн и анализ принадлежат нам.
Подписка
- Часть функций требует подписки. Она покупается в App Store, оплачивается с вашего Apple ID и продлевается автоматически, пока вы не отмените её в настройках Apple ID не позднее чем за 24 часа до конца периода.
- Платежи, отмену и возвраты обрабатывает Apple по своим условиям.
- Записанные вами матчи остаются доступны и после окончания подписки.
Прекращение соглашения
Вы можете прекратить пользоваться в любой момент, удалив аккаунт в приложении (Профиль → Удалить аккаунт).
Мы можем прекратить соглашение, если вы серьёзно или неоднократно нарушаете эти условия или если мы
перестанем предоставлять Pista Clara; по возможности мы предупредим заранее.
Ответственность
Мы предоставляем Pista Clara с разумной заботой. Мы не отвечаем за то, что пользователи делают с видео
и ссылками, и за ущерб от событий вне нашего контроля. Ничто в этих условиях не ограничивает ваши права
потребителя и нашу ответственность там, где закон не позволяет её ограничить, — в частности, за умысел
и грубую неосторожность.
Изменение условий
Мы можем менять эти условия, когда меняются приложение или закон. Версия указана вверху. О существенных
изменениях мы сообщим в приложении до того, как они начнут действовать, и попросим их принять; если вы
не согласны, вы можете удалить аккаунт.
Применимое право и споры
К этим условиям применяется право Испании. Если вы потребитель, за вами сохраняется защита закона страны,
где вы живёте, и вы можете обратиться в суд там. Сначала, пожалуйста, напишите нам: большинство вопросов
решается по почте.
Условия доступны на английском, испанском и русском. При расхождениях действует испанская версия.

Estas condiciones son el acuerdo entre tú y Pista Clara para usar la app Pista Clara y su web. Al
iniciar sesión en la app las aceptas. Cómo tratamos los datos personales se explica aparte en la
política de privacidad.
- Para tener cuenta debes tener 16 años o más.
- El vídeo de un partido muestra a otras personas. Avísales de que grabas y no publiques ni pases el vídeo sin su consentimiento.
- Si alguien te muestra un partido en la app, es solo para verlo en la app: sin grabar la pantalla ni hacer copias.
- Tus vídeos siguen siendo tuyos. Solo los usamos para que Pista Clara funcione para ti.
- Las suscripciones se compran y gestionan a través de Apple.
Quiénes somos
Pista Clara lo presta la persona identificada en el aviso legal, un desarrollador
autónomo en España («nosotros»). Contacto:

Tu cuenta
- Inicias sesión con Apple o Google. Una cuenta es para una persona; no la compartas.
- Debes tener al menos 16 años. Si sabemos que una cuenta pertenece a alguien menor, la eliminamos.
- Eres responsable de lo que se haga desde tu cuenta.
Qué hace Pista Clara
Pista Clara graba un partido de pádel en tu iPhone, lo analiza y muestra estadísticas, mapas de calor y
un vídeo de mejores momentos a los jugadores del partido. El análisis es automático: puntos, zonas y
tiempos son estimaciones y pueden fallar. Úsalos como ayuda para entrenar, no como acta oficial.
Seguimos mejorando la app, así que las funciones pueden cambiar y no podemos garantizar que esté
siempre disponible.
Grabar a otras personas
- El vídeo graba a todos los que están en la pista y a veces a personas cercanas. Antes de grabar, avisa a los demás jugadores. No grabes a quien te haya pedido que no lo hagas.
- Respeta las normas de tu club sobre grabaciones.
- Los jugadores que se unen al partido en la app ven un aviso sobre la grabación y sobre compartir.
Vídeos de partidos y compartir
- El vídeo de un partido y sus mejores momentos muestran a otras personas. No los publiques ni los pases —en redes sociales, chats ni de ninguna otra forma— sin el consentimiento de quienes aparecen. Esto incluye los vídeos que descargues de la app.
- Puedes mostrar un partido a otros usuarios de Pista Clara con un enlace. Al hacerlo, confirmas que los demás jugadores no se oponen. Los nombres y fotos de los demás jugadores se ocultan a quienes se lo muestras, y cualquiera puede ocultarse en Perfil → Privacidad.
- Si alguien te muestra un partido, es para que lo veas en la app. No grabes la pantalla, ni lo copies, descargues o publiques.
- Eres responsable de lo que publicas. Si alguien quiere que retiremos un vídeo en el que aparece, puede escribir a [email protected].
Lo que no puedes hacer
- Usar Pista Clara contra la ley o contra los derechos de otras personas, incluido su derecho a la propia imagen.
- Grabar a personas en lugares privados o sin que lo sepan.
- Intentar acceder a partidos, enlaces o datos que no son tuyos, copiar la app o interferir en su funcionamiento.
Si incumples estas condiciones, podemos ocultar contenido, desactivar enlaces o cerrar la cuenta.
Tu contenido
Los vídeos y datos de tus partidos siguen siendo tuyos. Nos permites guardarlos, analizarlos y mostrarlos a
los jugadores del partido y a las personas a las que decidas mostrarlos, solo en la medida necesaria para
prestar Pista Clara y hasta que se eliminen. Lo que conservamos tras la eliminación se explica en la
política de privacidad. La app, su diseño y su análisis son nuestros.
Suscripción
- Algunas funciones requieren suscripción. Se compra en el App Store, se cobra a tu ID de Apple y se renueva automáticamente hasta que la canceles en los ajustes de tu ID de Apple al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo.
- Los pagos, cancelaciones y reembolsos los gestiona Apple según sus propias condiciones.
- Los partidos que grabaste siguen disponibles para ti cuando termina la suscripción.
Fin del acuerdo
Puedes dejarlo cuando quieras eliminando tu cuenta en la app (Perfil → Eliminar cuenta). Podemos terminar
el acuerdo si incumples estas condiciones de forma grave o repetida, o si dejamos de prestar Pista Clara;
en ese caso te avisaremos con antelación cuando sea posible.
Responsabilidad
Prestamos Pista Clara con una diligencia razonable. No somos responsables de lo que los usuarios hagan con
vídeos o enlaces, ni de daños causados por hechos fuera de nuestro control. Nada en estas condiciones limita
tus derechos como consumidor ni nuestra responsabilidad cuando la ley no permite limitarla, en particular
por dolo o culpa grave.
Cambios en estas condiciones
Podemos cambiar estas condiciones cuando cambien la app o la ley. La versión figura arriba. Si los cambios
son importantes, te avisaremos en la app antes de que se apliquen y te pediremos que los aceptes; si no
estás de acuerdo, puedes eliminar tu cuenta.
Ley aplicable y conflictos
Estas condiciones se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, conservas la protección de la ley del
país donde vives y puedes acudir a sus tribunales. Antes, por favor, escríbenos: la mayoría de los problemas
se resuelven por correo.
Estas condiciones están disponibles en inglés, español y ruso. Si difieren, prevalece la versión en español.
